ORIANA LAZAR, ESQ.
Oriana B. Lazar is an attorney and founding partner of OJ Legal Group APC in San Diego, California. She represents business owners and creatives in intellectual property, internet law, real property, employment litigation, and media law.
Oriana began her career in Los Angeles as a Business Affairs Coordinator at Gorfaine/Schwartz Talent Agency, where she worked on deals for musicians and composers with studios such as Disney, Warner Bros., Lionsgate, and NBC Universal. She later specialized in internet, media, and copyright law through a fellowship at New Media Rights in San Diego, negotiating contracts for authors, musicians, photographers, and other artists. Building on this experience, she also represented employers in intellectual property and employment defense litigation.
She earned her B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara in 2018 and her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2022. Throughout her studies, Oriana was active in advocacy—lobbying in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento on education and immigration policy, raising awareness of Assyrian issues with the Assyrian Policy Institute, and volunteering with the American Red Cross as an international humanitarian law instructor.
JAY MOH, ESQ
Jay Moh is the second founding partner of OJ Legal Group APC in San Diego. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jay has worked across diverse industries—including Vegas nightlife, non-profit fundraising, and corporate cannabis marketing—before bringing his broad skill set to the practice of law. Today, he advises clients in entertainment, social media marketing, and both B2C and B2B businesses, offering creative, effective solutions tailored to their goals.
Jay earned his B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Chapman University in 2019 and his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2022, passing the California Bar Exam in 2023. His legal career began with transactional work, where he spearheaded multi-million-dollar cannabis license acquisitions in San Diego County for Wicker Law Group. He later joined UC San Diego Health’s Office of Clinical Trials, managing and negotiating agreements between pharmaceutical companies and the UCSD hospital network.
Beyond OJ Attorney Services, Jay serves as Director of Legal for AKP Sports Foundation, one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports nonprofits uplifting marginalized groups worldwide through athletics. A former collegiate water polo player, Jay remains passionate about the opportunities and growth that sports can provide young people everywhere.
